VYAGENT · Order from Chaos

Order from chaos, one app at a time.

One person and AI, building a hundred apps in a year. Each one has to ship, and someone other than me has to be able to use it.

apps shipped

Each cube is one app. Scroll to put them in order.

01 — Chaos

The world drifts toward chaos.

That is physics, and it is also the state of things. The assembly line automated the factory, but our lives, our research and our making are still buried in non-standard work.

Scattered information. Broken intent. Endless alignment.

That is not just inefficiency. It is energy leaking away. Rules and templates cannot fix it; they only fake order.

So we use AI to push back against entropy.

02 — The unit

To rebuild the whole, define the smallest part.

Cut a messy scene down to its smallest useful unit, then put intelligence into it. In 2025 that was an idea on this page. Now every unit has a concrete shape: an app that ships.

  1. iFind the chaos
  2. iiCut out the unit
  3. iiiShip it to someone else

03 — The hundred

Ten lit. Ninety to go.

What counts as one

  1. It is released publicly, not a demo.
  2. Someone other than me can actually use it.

    Shipped so far

    Every lit cube, up close.

Eight of the ten are made for AI agents as much as for people: plugins, servers, a cat that listens to them. That turned out to be a theme.

    04 — Then and now

    We stopped writing manifestos.

This site used to say what we believed. It still believes it. What changed is the test: an idea is only real once it ships and someone else uses it.

    2025 · the manifesto 2026 · the practice
The unit An abstract slice of a messy scene. An app you can install today.
AI Negentropy. Maxwell’s demon sorting chaos into order. An amplifier. It amplifies the context and judgement you bring, good or bad.
Intent Intent becomes reality. Intent becomes reality when it ships and someone uses it.
Projects Five early experiments: protocol translations and demos. Ten shipped apps. The experiments taught us the bar; they do not count toward it.
You Co-builder. Don’t just watch. User. Install one, use it, tell me what’s wrong.

05 — What ten apps taught us

Less noise is part of the order.

    1. i.

      Shipped, or it doesn’t count

Released publicly and usable by someone else. A NunuPets in review counts; a polished demo nobody can install does not.

    2. ii.

      Quiet by default

No stamina bars, no check-ins, no nagging you back. The cat steps away from the line you are typing. Attention is the scarcest thing we touch.

    3. iii.

      Use it, then forget it

Data stays on your device. QR codes are read in the browser, pets are saved on your phone, the cat forgets your pats when it restarts.

    4. iv.

      Guardrails before autonomy

Live trades stay inside hard limits and wait for your approval; risky plugins ask before they run; the cat can see an agent’s status but never act for it.

    5. v.

      Leave a door for agents

Eight of the ten speak MCP, ACP or a plugin API. The next user of software is often an agent working for a person, so we build for both.

    06 — Intent → Reality

    Intent→Ship→Someone uses it

    0/100

The goal: a hundred apps and ¥100,000 earned, within one year. The next lit cube is number eleven.

Install one. Use it. Tell me what’s wrong.
